You've built the business. We'll build the Florida company for it. A foreign founder can form a Florida LLC without a Social Security Number, US residency, or a trip to the United States. Our Non-US Founder Package covers the filing, the registered agent, the EIN, and your bank account application with our partners, so you're not piecing it together yourself.
$399 + Florida's $125 filing fee. Registered agent for year one is part of the package; renewal is $99/yr.

Want a US company, but you don't live in the US? No Social Security Number, no US address, no idea where to start. That's exactly what we handle.
You fill out one short form. That's it.
We form your Florida LLC with the state.
We become your registered agent, so your official mail goes to our Florida office and straight on to you.
We prepare your EIN application. No Social Security Number needed. You just sign.
And you don't have to wait for your EIN. As soon as you sign, your bank account application is ready for our partners, with your company documents already attached. You approve it, we send it. Your EIN arrives in the background, straight to your dashboard. (Our partners make the final decision, so approval isn't guaranteed.)
One package: $399, plus the $125 Florida state fee. Start your US company today.
The three things that usually stop foreign founders
No SSN. Florida doesn't ask for one, but the IRS online EIN system does. The alternative is the paper Form SS-4, which is slower and easy to get wrong.
No Florida address. The registered office has to be at a physical Florida street address, and a PO Box isn't allowed. Living abroad, you need someone in Florida to act as your registered agent.
No clear way into a US business account. Account providers want formation documents and identification, and many founders abroad don't know where to begin.
We handle all three for you.
What we handle for you
1. We form your LLC. We complete your Articles of Organization and file them electronically on Sunbiz, the Division of Corporations' online system. Your principal or mailing address can be anywhere in the world.
2. We serve as your registered agent. Our Florida office is your registered office for the first year. We scan the legal papers and official notices that arrive there and forward them to you.
3. We get your EIN without an SSN. We fill in Form SS-4 the way the IRS tells applicants without an SSN to complete it. You sign digitally, and we fax the form. Expect the IRS to take two to eight weeks, with no option to expedite. If you have an SSN, you still receive the EIN through the standard application.
4. We prepare your bank account application for our partners. You can start this without your EIN. As soon as the SS-4 carries your signature, your application is ready, based on your order and with your filed Articles attached. After your review and approval, we pass it to our partners. Your EIN reaches your dashboard later. Our partners evaluate every application themselves, so we can't guarantee approval.

How it works
- You complete checkout with details about your company and its owners. This is the only form on your side.
- We submit your Articles of Organization through Sunbiz.
- Florida approves the LLC, and the filed Articles are added to your dashboard.
- We send you the prepared SS-4, and you sign it digitally.
- Your bank account application is ready from that point, with no wait for the EIN. Once you've approved it, we send it to our partners.
- Our team faxes the signed SS-4 to the IRS.
- Your EIN is issued, commonly two to eight weeks after the fax, and shows up in your dashboard.
You handle 1, 4, and 5. We handle 2, 3, 6, and 7.

What stays with you after setup
The Florida annual report. You're responsible for the $138.75 filing each spring.
Federal tax filings. Many single-member LLCs owned by foreign persons have to file Form 5472 with the IRS each year, together with a pro forma corporate return. We don't file these or any other tax returns.
Advice. We don't give tax, legal, or immigration advice. A tax professional with experience advising foreign owners can help.

Frequently asked questions
What problems does this package solve for a foreign founder?
Three common ones: not having an SSN when the IRS asks for one, not having a Florida street address for the registered office, and not knowing how to get a US bank account application started. We take care of all three, though the IRS and our partners make their own decisions.
What does the $125 Florida fee cover?
$100 for filing the Articles of Organization and $25 for the registered agent designation, both set by the Florida Division of Corporations. We add it to our $399 fee at cost.
Can I apply for a bank account before my EIN is issued?
Yes. Signing your EIN application is the only prerequisite; we'll already have the account application drafted, company documents included. After you review and approve it, our partners get it. They decide whether to open an account, so it isn't guaranteed.
When is my first Florida annual report due?
Florida LLC annual reports are filed between January 1 and May 1. An LLC formed this year generally files its first report next year. The fee is $138.75, and it isn't part of the package.
How long does an EIN take without an SSN?
Generally two to eight weeks after the IRS receives the faxed Form SS-4. The IRS doesn't offer expedited processing for these applications.
Do I need to be in Florida to manage the LLC?
No. Florida has no residency requirement for members or managers, and Sunbiz filings are done online. Only the registered agent has to be physically in Florida.
Who should I ask about US tax filings like Form 5472?
An accountant or tax adviser who works with LLCs owned from abroad. We don't prepare or file tax returns or information returns, and we don't give tax advice.
